We will stay at the Es Saadi Marrakech Resort in Marrakesh from May 16 to May 20, 2027.

Special rates have been secured for BGU participants.

The hotel rates listed below, in US dollars, are per night, per room and include stay taxes and breakfast.

  • City View | Double room: US$ 498 per room per night

  • Pool View | Single room: US$ 515 per room per night

  • Pool View | Double room: US$ 550 per room per night

  • Junior Suite | Single room: US$ 626 per room per night

Important Travel Information

Entry requirements for Morocco vary depending on nationality, passport, and individual circumstances.

It is the responsibility of each participant to verify and obtain all required visas, electronic travel authorizations (eTA/AEVM), or other entry documents before travel.

Please check your individual requirements through the official Moroccan government portal, Accès Maroc, well in advance of your trip.

The portal will indicate whether you are visa-exempt or require an electronic travel authorization, eVisa, or consular visa.

Passport validity: Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your scheduled return date and is in good condition.

Travel and entry regulations are subject to change. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they meet the requirements applicable to them at the time of travel.

Cancellation of VIP and transfer services more than 72 hours ahead of service - will incur no cancellation fees.
Cancellation within less than 72 hours of the ordered service - may incur full cancellation fees.
